Pot-Luck for Pot Love
The Pot-Luck for Pot Love will be held at the Pecan Grove at Zilker Park from 4:00 PM till 9:00 PM.
There will be continued music and tons of food.

LOCATION:
Begins at Zilker Park (Barton Springs Austin, TX)
March to Capitol Building at HIGH NOON
Rally on South Steps from 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Pot luck for Pot Love begins at 4:20 PM at Zilker Park
DESCRIPTION:
Festivities will begin at 10:00 AM with sign making and educating at
Zilker Park. Breakfast tacos will be available.
We march to the Capitol Building at "High Noon." The walk is 2.5 miles
and takes approximately 50 minutes to walk. We will have a police escort
for our march.
The rally on the South Steps begins at 1:00 PM with a performance by The
Jitterbug Vipers. Other performers include Rival City and Champagne with
Friends. Platform guests include Bruce Fox, attorney, Miss High Times
2007 and members of Texas NORML's Executive Board.
At 4:00 PM, we will wrap up and attendees are encouraged to catch the 30
bus back to Zilker Park or pre-arrange a carpool.
At 4:20 PM our Pot Luck for Pot Love will begin with music , food, a
"Macguyver Style" pipe making competition, and much more. Music includes
Chartreuse(Corpus Christi), Shotgun Hustler(Austin, TX), McPullish(Austin,
TX) and headliner Champa(Dallas, TX).
Attendees are encouraged to enter a dish into our "Pot Luck for Pot Love."
The winner will receive a prize pack to include local custom glass art
from Green Fields Arts Co, gift certificates from ThunderCloud Subs and
more.
